Featured Review

Current Employee - Independent Contractor

I have been working at National Agents Alliance full-time for less than a year

Pros

Best Culture, Great training, Access to Top A rated carriers, offer a variety of solutions besides just insurance, great leadership, cheapest it'll cost you to start your own business.

Cons

You have to be self motivated and willing to ask for help. Anyone in this company will help you if you ask. It's not a get rich quick job but if you work 40 hours a week at it doing income producing... activities you will make 6 figures easily.

Advice to Management

We have such great products and a variety beyond just mortgage protection, life and final expense insurance. Revise the marketing strategy for creating leads. tax free retirement with IULs, annuities..., debt restructuring, HMAs all are valuable and growing niches we can focus in on to get leads that have some money. Offer more marketing materials to agents to help generate leads.
