I have been working at National Grid full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Lots of opportunities to grow, it is one of the most ethical companies, everybody is working with respect and professionalism. Most people work so hard. Management is accessible and I normally go... beyond expectations and standards.
Cons
Everything is great, could not find any issues, love this company. Health insurance and pay are great. Flexible time and paternity.
Advice to Management
Keep working hard, we must listen and help customers as mush as we can, and make N.G. one of the best operators in the nation, customer success and prosperity is our goal!

Pros
Great company to work for, very organized co-op program, truly a wonderful experience.
Cons
Really, no downsides to accepting this co-op.
