Former Employee - RN

I worked at National Staffing Solutions full-time for less than a year

Pros

They work with you and get you credentialed quickly.

Cons

My recruiter decided to go to nursing school.

Current Employee - Recruiting Consultant

I have been working at MedTravelers full-time for less than a year

Pros

There are so many pros about working with this company. They really and truly care about their employees, I worked at a few other agencies where you felt disposable. Med Travelers (AMN healthcare) is... a great employer. I am very happy here and hope to retire with this company!

Cons

A lot of hands in one pot can cause a lot of confusion for the recruiters and travelers. The system is very outdated so to get one thing done, it takes about 5 steps (literally). Credentialing is a... mess for travelers and it's sometimes embarrassing when I cant get an answer within a reasonable amount of time. This is just a con of working for a very large company, and they are currently short handed in a lot of departments and looking to improve this.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, my managers are awesome. I love working here
