Our systems have issues and changes in IT can never be made fast enough. Gray area in processes that have cause people to be let go Product launch delays and changes have significantly reduced call... volume and customer confidence OT options have been cut almost entirely Agents have seen a significant decrease in their take home pay Not enough room for growth, positions in other departments don't pay as much as sales does Our benefits need work. We are willing to pay more for lower deductible plans Call volume varies greatly during from earlier or later shifts Clientele used to be so much better. Changes have effected our relationship with benefits offered through employers and open enrollment opportunities have seen a huge downtick which was basically like our Christmas bonus equivalent
Pros
Liberty is the best company I have ever worked for. On top of the great culture and the people, they make sure the employees feel heard and valued. Development is also important at Liberty and it's a... great place to build your career. I'm most impressed by how Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is prioritized within the whole company.
Cons
Perfect company does not exist but it's hard to point out a con at Liberty. Depending on your role, it may be challenging to move to a different department. But there are opportunities you can take... on to develop your skills, it just takes time.
