"Great team"Apr 22, 2016

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Nature Publishing Group full-time

Pros

Great team of professionals - it was a joy to work with Nature editors Nice office Reasonable working hours Access to Lynda courses

Cons

Quite poor IT support: it can take ages to get a new keyboard or software update My salary was at the market rate

Advice to Management

Although cross-functional communications in NPG are quite good, it may be worth to review how projects are run. A centre of excellence may help to share the best practices in project management.

Former Employee - Final Reader/Manager

I worked at Spandidos Publications full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Lovely group of people, easy job, lots of opporunities

Cons

Quite basic in terms of general office skills, quite monotonous work
