Former Employee - Member Service Representative

I worked at Navy Federal Credit Union part-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Company takes care of employees and has very good benefits available to both full time and part time employees.

Cons

Not really any cons sometimes have to relocate for advancement opportunities.

Current Employee - Library Clerk

I have been working at Pensacola State College part-time for less than a year

Pros

It is the most peacefully place I have ever worked. The Milton campus library is more of a warm and inviting atmosphere. They are family here, they care about their employees, students, and patrons.... If you want to work somewhere you can have a stress-free experience, feel like part of the family, have down time to further your educational goals, be surround by intellectual individuals, and learn something new everyday, look no further!

Cons

If you are a person who does not care for quietness, does not know how to make good use of down time, are not a team player, and needs constant supervision, this is not for you, as the only rushes... we get are during dual enrollment periods.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, I truly have no complaints.
