Featured Review

Current Employee - Advertising Sales

I have been working at Naylor Association Solutions full-time for more than a year

Pros

The coworkers, the coworkers, the coworkers. I absolutely love everyone I work with, Naylor doesn't hire lame people!

Cons

Territory politics, emphasis on call volume, and favoritism

Advice to Management

Make sure that 1 year+ employees are valued just as much as the newer reps. We need love too!

Former Employee - Account Manager

I worked at DMC Atlanta full-time for less than a year

Pros

"In my two months at DMC Atlanta, I have learned more about myself and building relationships than I have in my whole life combined." This is a quote from one of my old coworkers still at DMC... Atlanta. I couldn't agree enough. The pros are simple: Do the work, get the reward. Set the goal, and everyone will hold you to it. Ask for help and you'll get it. Keep a great attitude and you'll fit right in.

Cons

If you want to coast by and make minimum to medium wages this is not the place to do it. If you think excuses will slide, they won't. The coaching is direct, immediate, and efficient. If hard work is... not in your everyday vocabulary, no need to apply.

Advice to Management

The culture that has been created here is pure, good in nature, and was made with every partner's best interest in mind. Keep caring, and thank you for the opportunity.
