"Great Employer"Feb 1, 2020

Current Employee - EP Representative

I have been working at Nelnet part-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Good pay, many different career paths, tuition reimbursement as well as free leadership and skill building courses, flexible schedule

Cons

Can sometimes be long hours just sitting at your desk, especially during peak season

Advice to Management

It would be amazing to have some sort of gym!

Current Employee - Sales Representative

I have been working at Sandhills Global full-time for more than a year

Pros

Hard work really PAYS off here. The pay is second to none. Every product you're selling is the best in its industry, or on its way to it. Extremely helpful work-environment. You're not expected to... know absolutely everything - asking for help is encouraged. Great travel benefits.

Cons

Some departments can be known for being micro-managed, but not all. Dress code is professional. Expectations can be high. Your friends will probably make fun of you for liking working here.

Advice to Management

Continue to find new ways to adapt with technology.
