I have been working at Neptune Society for more than 3 years
The company cares about it's employees. Neptune compensates it's funeral directors very well, and constantly strives to help us be the leaders in pay and benefits. working with families, being given... the tools to succeed is a huge gift, knowing that we have resources is calming. It can get chaotic, but at the end of the day, our teams lift each other up.
Even though work-life balance is something that the company shares and they want for its employees, it's difficult to achieve with limited employees; however, this is an opportunity for conversation.... Our corporate office will listen, they will speak to it's employees directly - including the CEO of SCI Direct and SCI corporate. There are challenges, especially with additional responsibilities being added every year, but the company will work with us and support us.
Advice to Management
Continue the great work of serving families, and communicating with employees. Keep up the good work of compensating and treating your employees right! I feel listened to. I feel heard.
I have been working at ePassing full-time for more than a year
Great team to be a part of. They stress the importance of delivering world class service everyday, and leadership's actions align with this. The team is fun, and continues to grow. Really an exciting... place to be, and the unique service we provide families is what makes it the best!
Like any new organizations, there are a few bumps here and there, but leadership always quickly recognizes it and takes actions to do what's best for the group.

As the organization grows, stay committed to the foundation it was built on. Also, continue to be creative and open minded, I love that any idea to make the product better is welcome!
