Featured Review

Current Employee - Client Engagement Manager

I have been working at Nerdery full-time for less than a year

Pros

Nerdery has gone through some significant changes over the last couple of years and has righted the ship. We have a renewed focus, we work with incredible customers, there is strong emphasis on... culture, we just implemented unlimited PTO, and the opportunities are endless.

Cons

Growing pains of renewing our focus, but the leadership team has hired some fantastic people.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing!

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Rover.com full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

I love working for a company where I feel cared about by my leadership team, excited to work with my coworkers and proud of the team we’ve built. This is arguably the best company I’ve worked for so... far in my career. Also, the move to RSUs has been really exciting — and competitive, from a compensation perspective.

Cons

Consensus building can sometimes slow down decision making

Advice to Management

Maintain your great culture as you grow and mature as a public company
