Former Employee - Attorney

I worked at NetSuite full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Good culture, great product, great teamwork

Cons

Amount of work sometimes very high

Advice to Management

None

Current Employee - Production Support Analyst

I have been working at FNZ full-time for less than a year

Pros

+ I’ve had a very steep learning curve, and don’t see that changing in the near future, there’s always something new to learn + The team is full of friendly, young, willing to help and very... knowledgeable people + Work-life balance is good in my team, however, this seems to vary drastically across teams + It’s a multi-cultural environment in a fantastic location + Great company culture with social events and benefits that contribute to a healthy lifestyle

Cons

I am still very new and don’t see any big cons so far. But some trainings are not timed well, and take place too far in the future i.e. SQL. These should ideally take place in the first month on the... job to be actually helpful.
