Pros
- Great teammates and collaboration, people seek out problems and solutions proactively - Pleasant people to work with, I don't dislike anyone I work with, anyone that has been a problem in the past,... has not lasted long. - Interesting ongoing innovation - Fully remote is a blessing
Cons
- Sad to see Reed step down as CEO - Sometimes poor communication, learn about business decisions on twitter/reddit/news before hearing about internally
Pros
The people are a massive pro. Everyone I've met at CTI has been awesome, incredibly supportive and receptive to feedback. It feels like my department genuinely wants to make sure I'm enjoying my work... and want to do everything they can to help me thrive as a developer. The work, while often challenging, is varied and interesting and being able to contribute to some big projects for some impressive clients has been an awesome experience so far! I'm looking forward to seeing what else comes my way in the future!
Cons
There have been times where I've had to split myself across multiple projects in a given day, which can be quite difficult to manage, but the department is aware that this is the case and that it's... not exclusive to myself, and are working on taking steps to make sure this improves! Being a remote worker and so far from the office can also sometimes feel a little isolating, but hopefully that shouldn't be a problem for too much longer!
