Starting from the top, CEO and leadership team demonstrate the type of leadership that inspires you to work towards the common goal. Hologic's ultimate goal is to better protect the health of the... women in our lives. Local leadership clearly care for their people, and it shows in the attitudes you experience in the hallways, work areas and meetings. There is a culture of respect that I feel is critical to high performance. The quality of employees, from top leadership to worker bee, this company hires exceptional talent with an eye for attitude. Seeing leaders empower their team to innovate is a daily experience, one I haven't seen anywhere else. I honestly don't think they realize how good they are, but I have been impressed from day 1.

Cons

Come to work ready to go because this can be a very fast paced environment. I would warn prospective employees, it can be a little intimidating early on as their is a language inherent to each... location, which may be extra challenging for those who have not worked in medical manufacturing. Nothing to shy away from, but know when you arrive that you may initially feel underwater. Fortunately, you will be surrounded by strong performers who understand and will guide you when you need help.
