Pros
Amazing people who are like minded and have similar ambitions for their individual tasks.
Cons
Depending on where you live, it might a far drive.
Advice to Management
involve the Lead Developers more. We feel left out most of the time, and we are usually the last to know about things going on.

I worked at Washtenaw Community College part-time for more than a year
Pros
A very diverse campus and welcome for international students, excellent place to pick up skills in an English working environment.
Cons
The state law require student to take at least 6 credits even during the summer as to be eligible to apply for a school job, which makes international students harder to meet their financial balance.
Advice to Management
I hope there will be more job opportunities open for international students, such as lab technicians and teaching assistants.
