Former Employee - Administrative Assistant

I worked at New School part-time for more than a year

Pros

The work is not super demanding and my superiors were very nice. The environment is also a plus.

Cons

Not many hours and poor benefits overall. Though I did work only part-time so it wasn't that big of a surprise.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work

Current Employee - Administrator

I have been working at Spartan School of Aeronautics full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Spartan provides a collaborative environment where leaders value input and work together with employees and students to foster a positive experience. There is always something to do to help support... the company, its students, and its employees; it's a doers dream Like with any job or place of employment, you get out what you put in. Whether someone is an entry-level employee, a leader, or a student, it's up to the individual to make Spartan the school and employer of choice. It's easy to sit back and let others prompt changes or accomplish tasks, but I'm proud to work for a place that encourages feedback, change, and new ideas. Those who want to make a difference in the lives of others (employees and students) can easily do so at Spartan.

Cons

Not being a lottery winner traveling the world.
