"Fall Intern"Sep 23, 2015

Current Intern - Internship

I have been working at New York Foundation for the Arts for less than a year

Pros

they provide a comfortable environment and supplies and employees are very nice. Flexible working hours as long as you finished your work.

Cons

Maybe they need a more systematic executive plan for the Asian Program. Two employees brings their dogs to the office, so sometimes it's distracting.

Advice to Management

they need a more systematic executive plan for the Asian Program. and organizational communication needs to be improved further.

"Great"Sep 11, 2019

Former Employee - Anonymous

I worked at New York Foundation for Senior Citizens full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

--idependence --make your own schedule in terms of field visits (still 9-5 job) --some clients you will really bond with and will remember them for life --great team support --supervisors always... open to assist

Cons

lack of office space. NO kitchen/break room for staff. really small fridge. too cramped, lack of opportunity to move up.
