Pros

Good pay and benefits, very nice and respectful colleagues.

Cons

Large company so it can take a lot of time to get things done. Very beaurocratic.

Advice to Management

Don't be so paternal with no meeting hours or no meeting weeks. Let us block off focused work hours. This makes it even harder to get things done when you actually need to meet with someone.
