Current Employee - Photographer and Ttainer

I have been working at Mom365 part-time for more than a year

Pros

You can have a fairly flaxible schedule. The manager of the ETX district is wonderful and super understanding. You get to work with babies all day and dont have to be the bad guy. You get to directly... influence the amount of money you make. The more you make for the company the more you make for yourself. But you still get an hourly wage even if you dont sell anything. No obnoxious coworkers who drive you crazy at work. Babies!

Cons

Perpetual baby fever. If you dont put in many hours and sell nothing then your check can be pretty small. But that's really on you.

Advice to Management

Encourage employees with positive experiences to leave positive reviews.
