Recognize, motivate, promote and endorse individuals rather than just a team. Aligned incentives are the only true way to ensure everyone on a team is working toward a common goal. Framing the... strategy in multiple ways ensures each employee has a clear, personal understanding of how working together benefits himself, the team and the Company goals. This technique will definitely allow you to motivate the team to accomplish amazing things which are the main NYP mission.
