Pros

Best culture I’ve ever been a part of! Amazing people who are always willing to step in and help. The company is growing quickly and allows you plenty of opportunities to grow with it. The culture is... scrappy like a startup, which comes with its pros and cons, but in the end if that’s what you mesh well with then this company is phenomenal.

Cons

Being scrappy can sometimes mean things get launched before they’re truly ready. It also means timelines can be set for launches and then postponed. That causes undue confusion for people who aren’t... involved in the pre launch planning. Some of that could be overcome with better planning and project management.
