Advice to Management

this sounded like a great idea initially, and my interviewer was very pleasant. HOWEVER, my goodness, i am appalled that Bizmates can get away with the way they treat their employees. NO Health... Benefits. NO Retirement. NO paid time off. Each employee is treated as an independent contractor. NO POTENTIAL Promotion. AT THE LOWEST RATES I have encountered! 2.66$/ hour minus fees for transferring your salary to paypal, that's less 25%. If you leave for a better paying job they might sue you because they make you sign a conflict of interest contract. HIKA ITO- you need to do better. You can do better. You need to start treating the people that work for you with better respect and pay them their due share, market conditions. Your current state is both appalling and embarrassing. I was really looking forward to working for your company but fortunately I am able to say NO!
