Pros

-You will be surrounded by an effective administrative team and dedicated colleagues, who are highly invested and committed to carrying out the school's mission and supporting all students 100%.... -Expect personal and professional growth in and outside of the classroom setting as a Noble Network staff member

Cons

-You will want to attend afterschool events like sports games, musicals and open mic performances in order to support students, but will face time constraints.

Advice to Management

- Continue to support staff who is ineterested in building leadership skills and furthering thier career within education.
