Featured Review

Current Employee - Noodle Ambassador

I have been working at Noodles & Company part-time for more than a year

Pros

Good work life Ballance and friendly people. Easy to learn hard to master but great fit for high energy people. Discount on food either on shift or off.

Cons

If you take a break you can get behind but it's not bad. Sometimes I feel that they should more strict but they are noodles and that just isn't them.

Advice to Management

Don't let people use phones explain where the clocks are

Former Employee - Analyst

I worked at Pacific Crest Securities full-time

Pros

Learned a lot from the staff here, small team but that means that you are given more responsibility

Cons

Continue to invest in junior team since they are strong support
