I have been working at Noranda Aluminum Holding full-time for less than a year

Pros

Easy jobs to learn. Easily move around the plant to different jobs. Can have facial hair. Lots of overtime available.

Cons

Doesn’t pay as good as other plants around the area. Supervision isn’t nearly as educated as they should be. Training for each job isn’t that sufficient.
