Human Resources Generalist

I have been working at North American Partners In Anesthesia

Pros

I have worked at NAPA for about two years. In the time I have been here I have seen great efforts be made to improve the company culture. This includes the new casual dress code, and the increased... ability to work remotely. We have a “Why Stay” committee in our Melville office which consists of a member from each department to brainstorm ways to improve the employee experience. They have made several great changes in a short time and are continuing to do so. The best thing about working here is the flexibility and work-life balance. We have so many opportunities for advancement as the company is constantly growing and evolving. We also have a very generous PTO policy.

Cons

The medical benefits are expensive, but I believe that is consistent with the current market. I would like to see more wellness initiatives.

Advice to Management

I would like to see executive management be more approachable and relatable.

Current Employee - Billing QA Specialist

I have been working at American Anesthesiology full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great pay, management is great, friendly co-workers. No micromanaging, allowed to come in and do your work without interruptions.

Cons

Nothing so far, only working here for 2 months and there isn't anything I don't like about it
