Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Northeast Georgia Health System full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Wonderful culture Fantastic leadership Educational opportunities Easy work-life balance

Cons

No cons come to mind

Current Employee - Supervisor

I have been working at Mansfield Energy full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Mansfield is an entrepreneurial company at its core. If you're willing to pitch in and show up with ideas, Mansfield will give you room to grow. I've held numerous jobs at the company, and each has... given me a broader platform from which to influence the company and the industry at large. You won't be handed the instruction manual here, since most of the time you get to write it.

Cons

Fuel supply is a low margin business, so the workload is heavy because adding more people is expensive. Culture is uneven - some departments are great, others you should leave quickly.

Advice to Management

Continue working on automation to reduce the workload burden. Keep training managers so ALL departments reflect Mansfield's core values.
