GCR Inc. is completely in growth mode. It has a fast paced, exciting and entrepreneurial culture. There is a lot of opportunity for employees to be empowered and help mold their role/team for the... future as the company grows.
Cons
Growth mode can mean a lot of work. Were busy. There is a lot of changes. Some people don't like a fast paced culture, or being a jack of all trades.
