I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Good group of people with diverse backgrounds. Generally good work life balance, put in your 40 and go home but if you want to work OT you will get paid for it. Definitely get a sense that what you... do actually matters. Feel close to the mission.

Cons

Lots of growing pains right now.

Advice to Management

Get a bigger building. Communication flowdown could be better.

Pros

Wonderful people and working conditions. I worked in various positions within the quality department and had great mentors and co-workers. I had numerous opportunities to expand my knowledge of... Aerospace and Quality through OJT and off-site training. The hiring and promoting processes are fair and generous. They work to balance a fair salary, good benefits and enjoyable working conditions.

Cons

Limited resources (personnel and systems) negatively impact delivery dates and cause a stressful environment when promised dates are missed.

Advice to Management

My review (below) is based on my Senior Management (Quality). There have been many great senior managers over the years, but there is a lot of turn-over. More stability would greatly increase... employee productivity and effectiveness.
