Pros

So many scientific experts across the enterprise to support drug development. A global presence that fosters collaboration and global thinking in drug development. Management listens to employees and... takes actions. I feel like I have a voice and that it is heard. Career growth is supported and I see options and continued growth.

Cons

Benefits when acquired by Labcorp were challenging, but it has been recognized and is being worked on.

Advice to Management

Maintain transparency. What I appreciate from Covance/Labcorp management is the transparency to employees regarding our goals and how we've achieved them. I encourage management to continue.
