Current Employee - Electrical Technician

I have been working at Nucor full-time for more than a year

Pros

freedom to work on your own projects good work environment major priority is to keep the plant running

Cons

hot and dirty lack training learn as you go

Advice to Management

Supervision and management use to be on the floor working with the employees. Now they have removed that from normal operation which has killed the morale of everyone in the shop.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at REAL ALLOY full-time for more than a year

Pros

Compensation is above average. Corporate and Division Managers understand the need for change and broken processes and are in the process of fixing those changes and processes.

Cons

I don't have any cons. I'm super happy to be employed by Real Alloy.

Advice to Management

Great job at realizing problems and putting change into place.
