"Great Law Firm"Sep 30, 2019

Current Employee - Counsel

I have been working at O'Melveny & Myers full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Very little face time requirement. Everyone is friendly.

Cons

As with any law firm, you are pretty much always on the clock.

I worked at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton

Pros

I worked in the Menlo Park office. The attorneys and professional staff were nice. There were nice social events and free snacks at work. Menlo Park is mostly IP.

Cons

Hard to advance, but that is true of most law firms
