Featured Review

Current Intern - Intern

I have been working at OMD for less than a year

Pros

- If you want to learn from people that work really hard and know a lot about the media industry this is a great place to be

Cons

- Could be slow at times, but overall a great learning experience

Current Employee - Advertising Assistant

I have been working at Resolution full-time for less than a year

Pros

Work perk like Lunch and Learns, tons of online classes, seminars with major social media platforms, great learning experience for a first time job. Pays better than other companies. Supervisors... definitely have it harder. Really cool accounts like HP, Wells Fargo, CW, Qantas, Levi’s just to name a few. Tons of accounts and other OMD companies working in the same building. So potential growth within the same company.

Cons

Strictly performance media, so social and search. Maybe some programmatic. Not as many work perks as the display side.
