What Employees Say
I worked at Fidia full-time for more than a year
This company has a very good and interesting product, they have and could have a very good market on U.S.A. With so many years of experience on this specific field, I can say without doubt they are... in my opinion much better then Fanuc CNC correlating product-
Superb on the relation with their clients, and even despise off all the effort made by their employee to keep the company on the top of quality. They have several other company on the world, what in... Italian are called "FILIALI", the attitude of the main company, (located in Turin, Italy) versus the "filiali" are of sufficency on technical point of view, but they are not spent a cent to teaching you how to do better. The only nice people in the company, are the few ladies working on the office, they are always nice and available to helping you. The salary for the service people is extremely low, compared with other company doing the same business, that is the reason why in 14 months of my work on this company, I see three people quit the company. Those people have never been replaced, not because the company don't want do that, the reason is: nobody want work for so lower pay, when outside they are better condition. The local management of the company is a kind of nightmare, never available to answer the phone if you need them, they are two local manager, one is for sales the other is operational manager. The sales is a rip-off guy, the operational manager is the one thinking: all the customer are stupid, only me working for Fidia i'm the clever one. Better don't talk about the president from Italy, only one word to define him, but I'll not say here.
Advice to Management
Better considering the effort of your employee, and give them: training, better compensation and finally a right salary, compensating the efforts they did. I know you management are thinking to be... superior to all of this.
