Featured Review

Current Employee - Director

I have been working at Ochsner Health System full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Ochsner's priorities are our patients and our teams. Without them we would not have the ability to do the amazing work we do every day.

Cons

It is a large system, but once you have established long lasting relationships one realizes it is not a con, but a pro.

Former Intern - NOCAC

I worked at Children's Hospital New Orleans for more than a year

Pros

amazing coworkers, great leadership (when I was there, heard they have made some changes), good experience in healthcare and child advocacy

Cons

The only downsides are really just things that come along with any internship (tiny office space, some clerical work, low pay, etc). Definitely can't complain.
