Pros

I've had the opportunity to develop amazing stuff here, and my ability to effectively construct is great. My opinion is considered and impactful in the decisions that help grow and shape the company.... I love that Clip ensures a safe, diverse, and respectful environment where I can grow and develop my skills. Also, the flexibility to work from home whenever needed and figure out my own schedules is a life-saver. The mission really resonates with my individual contribution, and it makes sense to work at a place that is really making a difference.

Cons

Some of the processes are still being developed, so there is a lot to improve on that end. So, a lot of growing pains, but they're fun to work in improving them!

Advice to Management

We need more reach out and direct communication to keep or work aligned with the company's strategy. I know you're already doing it, so keep doing that! It's great to know that our individual... contributions are important.
