Former Employee - Archival Researcher

I worked at Odyssey Marine Exploration full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Everyday is exciting and the work is different. I worked in Research which was an amazing place to work and singularly the most thrilling job to have! The company is research driven, and the tools... the researchers have to work with are the very best!

Cons

The infrastructure of this type of business is exceedingly expensive. The cost of the equipment used runs into the millions of dollars, but on the flip side, this put Odyssey on the cutting edge,... because they chose to keep their equipment up to date and top notch.

Advice to Management

Bravo! Excellent job! My kudos to both upper management and middle management! Keep on the same path and stay strong!
