Featured Review

Former Employee - Budget Coordinator

I worked at Ogilvy part-time for less than a year

Pros

Autonomy with deadlines. They give you the space to efficiently improve past processes. The Atlanta office has an immaculate view of the city. Management is helpful and understanding.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are many cons except the pay was not very incentivizing.

Advice to Management

Understand what you are asking for before you ask for a deliverable in 1 hour.

Former Employee - Business Manager

I worked at Leo Burnett full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Experienced colleagues. Large agency, great resources.

Cons

It's large so you can get lost in the shuffle if you don't contribute--aggressively.
