I have been working at Old Dominion Freight full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great pay, 401k match, profit sharing, yearly raises, 3 weeks vacation, good management, able to work a schedule to fit my life.

Cons

Most of the trucks are governed at 65 unless your run is 600 miles per day.
