Current Employee - Support Professional

I have been working at Oliver Wyman full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

-strong and positive work culture where respectful interactions are the norm -people seem to really care about you here -you can take your career in a variety of directions. -minimal red tape and... entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged

Cons

-Work life quality continues to be the biggest complaint I hear and see as the hours can be quite long for consultants and the management consulting lifestyle is tougher in general, though at least... the company recognizes it and are trying to implement initiatives to improve this area

Current Employee - Project Analyst

I have been working at Quick Release full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great corporate culture Lots of on the job training

Cons

Very young company, likely best for new grads
