Featured Review

Former Employee - Senior Manager

I worked at One Acre Fund full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great team that is mission focused. They do a good job finding talent that wants to make a real impact

Cons

Some positions require a very rural placement, make sure you understand what you are getting into

Advice to Management

Transparency in decision making on a global level

Former Employee - Research Assistant

I worked at Innovations for Poverty Action full-time for more than a year

Pros

The research being conducted is at the frontier of development economics research, and so it is an excellent place to learn and contribute.

Cons

The organization was growing a bit fast then, and sometimes things felt organized. I have learnt that since then there have been efforts to address some of the organizational problems.
