Work-from-home environment, with a frequency of once a month after the second month of employment.
Cons
Management is not functioning. In the first month of employment, I was forced to take over duties from my predecessor and attend meetings most of the time within regular hours, leaving me no choice... but to work overtime after regular hours to do my own work. I was working 30 hours of overtime a month and management is not willing to deal with it.
