Featured Review

Former Intern - Intern

I worked at Opening Ceremony for less than a year

Pros

Cool, hardworking people who are passionate about the job and the industry. I was impressed with the editorial team at the time, but no one felt incentivized to stay and grow within the company.

Cons

Sometimes too cool. Not enough compensation.

Advice to Management

Create a better work culture, and try to foster better communication within and among teams.
