Current Employee - Case Manager

I have been working at Optima Tax Relief full-time for less than a year

Pros

-I get to have a life outside of work! No long hours and stressing about work constantly. The scheduling is great - They act on the things they say they will do. Its never just an idea or dream......They make it a reality! - Family oriented and very inclusive for even the shyest of people. They really know how to make everyone comfortable - Always something going on that's great. potlucks, games, movie days, off-sites, etc.

Cons

I dont have any cons. This company is GREAT!!!

Advice to Management

None! Keep doing what you're doing! My TL is amazing and he strives for greatness. hes a goal pusher #stayhungry

"Office Culture"Oct 10, 2018

I have been working at United AMG Partners

Pros

Being around like minded driven individuals who want to be even more successful than the person ahead of them. Great office furniture which creates a relaxing vibe even though everyone in the office... is grinding I have read reviews about 'hardships of making sales calls and long trainings' but in all fairness this is sales... we are not here to take time off and vacations and be on facebook all day and just expect to be successful. We are hear as a team to inspire each other to work hard and grind and to lift each other up to be as successful as possible. If you want to kick back all day and make a steady paycheck than sales isn't for you anyway...

Cons

The main con I can consider is there are no "perks" as in benefits but there are bonuses that range form $50-$3,000 per quarter. Besides that the first year is a learning experience, it is tough......financially, mentally and emotionally draining. But I can assure you because I have been through it and everyone at our office has been through it, I can say it was a great decision to stick with it because as much as I suffered my first year, it has come back around 4x over by becoming mentally, emotionally and financially 10x stronger than ever.
