Former Employee - Technical

I worked at Oracle full-time for less than a year

Pros

Awesome interview. Very thorough and fair

Cons

There are no cons at all

Current Employee - Leadership

I have been working at FacilitySource full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Competitive wages, good benefits, awesome 401k, great people, plenty of opportunities for growth, and very inclusive of all backgrounds.

Cons

A company that is constantly growing will always have challenges. Sometimes communication is not the best, and including all sides of the business in fun activities could be better.

Advice to Management

Don’t worry about what you think people want to hear, instead communicate everything. Do more to include people who would normally not be able to participate in fun events.
