Current Employee - Software Engineer

I have been working at Orbitz Worldwide full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great environment, freedom to take innovative projects. Be curious and learn all you can.

Cons

Nothing really, great place to work.

Current Employee - Building Manager

I have been working at University of Illinois at Chicago part-time for more than a year

Pros

Great for students looking for extra money for expenses. Not only is it one of the higher-paying jobs on campus but it is also a relatively laid back job. A lot of downtime to work on homework or... other things on your agenda. Leanient on work hours and getting days off. Typically days are available to pick up, so you are able to pick up more hours if necessary. Nice culture, with a friendly diverse team of employers.

Cons

Morning shifts are typically worked at least once a week which start at 630am Conference room Set-ups at night can be pretty big and take about an hour Front and center of building so you will... have questions being asked a lot.

Advice to Management

The system set up thus far is great I wouldn't change much but maybe having fewer people on staff as it would allow the team to get appropriate and evenly distributed hours
