Pros
Manager is very supportive, kind, and understanding. Flexible with time. Encouraging of using time off.
Cons
The work is meaningful and important, but have witnessed a lot of burn out with staff.
Pros
Flexible work schedules and work from home options are available for most positions.
Cons
The current director is engaged and amazing, however the director is usually replaced whenever a new governor is elected and you never know what you're going to get. Also, the pay is not bad, but... certainly not competitive to the market. The qualified employees work for less because they want to help Oklahoma's most vulnerable citizens.
