Pros

Awesome company full of clever and friendly people. Lots of difficult business problems to solve, lots of interesting and latest tech. Decent pay + long term incentive share scheme. Well-being... days (not sick days). Authentic commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture.

We are growing and things are changing, not in a bad way though.
