Pros

Everything about this company is great. People, Work, Culture, Amenities, flexibility, everything is good. I had great experience working as an intern in Summer 2019 at their Lewisville office.

Cons

Nothing as in such was bad about OHD. I just wish they convert their interns to full time.

Pros

This is a family owned company that cares about its employee's and their success. The vision from the very top, down is that everyone is an important part of the whole. DH Pace has experienced such... great growth over the years and has an opportunity for everyone. They are always interested in improvement and actually listen. Great concept - "if you want to grow and get better, ask those that keep the wheels turning every day. Then act on it."

Cons

Due to incredible growth and the demand to continue to grow, this company is best suited for people who take a lot of pride in their work and enjoy being challenged. If you're looking for a simple... job where you can relax behind a desk and just be a number, this is not for you.

Advice to Management

Keep listening to the troops and working to improve technology. Stay ahead, it's rough catching up.
