Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Overlake Medical Center and Clinics full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Overlake has a culture where employees can make a difference. Management seeks feedback and truly listens and cares about employees. There is a sense of teamwork and community. I stay because of... the people and I am proud of where I work.

Cons

The commute can be long for some.

Advice to Management

Keep listening to employees!

Former Employee - SURGICAL SERVICES ASSISTANT

I worked at EvergreenHealth part-time for more than a year

Pros

Learned a lot of how to maintain sterile fields and how to correctly manage case carts. Nurses were mostly very helpful. Good team environment.

Cons

After you learn the job, can start to be less interesting, just because you don't have much to learn.
