Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at PCL Construction full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great work environment, safety first.

Cons

No overtime, at-least at the moment. No paid vacation, or off days.

Advice to Management

Management is great, no complaints.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Aecon full-time

Pros

good money and decent benefits

Cons

sometimes contracts change swiftly and could be out of a job; if they do not renew contracts

Advice to Management

change the tone and moral of the team; very cut throat
